Still, he’s up late on a Thursday night in Atlanta, about to broadcast live to his 6.5 million followers on Instagram. Admittedly out of his comfort zone, the notoriously reclusive rapper would rather do just about anything than look into his phone and talk to a bunch of people he can’t even see.
“It’s so weird to me,” he laughs, pointing out the surreal experience of actually using Instagram Live as a celebrity. “I'm looking at myself while I’m talking to people, and I don't even know who I'm talking to. It’s like I’m talking to myself.”
